iMTATs Software
The Intelligent Materials Tracking and Traceability Software (iMTATs) is an
integrated set of software that enables manufacturers and distributors of
food, pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic products to be compliant with the
regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) without drowning in
paperwork.
The iMTATs FDA compliant intelligent Materials Tracking and Traceability software consists of a number of integrated components:
- The iMTATs barcode data collection, materials tracking and
traceability software - can be run on a Windows IOT Enterprise based
computer at each site or on a dedicated Windows Server in the Cloud or
at a data center.
- The iMTATs barcode label printing, RFID tracking, weighing scale and
process control line remote interfaces which run on Windows workstations
or Windows IOT based Internet of Things (IOT) devices at each facility.
- The iMTATs data exchange software which is used to
automatically exchange materials traceability and transactional data
with supply chain trading partners as well as with ERP, accounting, and
other systems. This is typically run on a Windows server computer in a
data center.
- The Event Repository Database (ERD), where materials traceability
events from all sources are stored and from which traceability event
data is sent to supply chain trading partners. This SQL Server database
is run on the same Windows Server as the iMATs data exchange software.
- The iMATs FDA Compliance Website enables downstream trading partners
to securely view pedigree information about products and materials they
have received. Can also provide materials traceability access to
personnel from regulatory agencies. Runs on same Windows Server as the iMTATs data exchange server.
The iMTATs software is based upon the
SmartOps24x7 software suite, with
appropriate extensions for FDA compliance.
