Several million dollars has been invested by Milramco and its partners in the development of a suite of Industrial Smart Operations Management (ISOM)software, as well as over a decade of practical deployment experience. This real-time AI based software is based on research funded by DARPA, the USAF and NASA.

SmartOpsMgt has acquired the right to resell this software embedded in Internet of Things (IOT) appliances under the SmartOp24x7™ trade name in exchange for payment of a royalty on  sales to Milramco LLC, which holds the Intellectual Property rights to the software which will be embedded in these products.

The primary market for SmartOps24x7 IOT is the 90,000 or so small and mid-sized manufacturing plants in the USA. While these enterprises have succeeded in cutting production costs by investing heavily in technology many still continue to make extensive use of paper forms and Excel spreadsheets to track and manage their operations. SmartOp24x7 IOT automates much of the work in tracking and managing the flow of manufacturing operations  and eliminates much of the "intelligent grunt work" involved when using paper forms and Excel spreadsheets.

To make this real-time AI technologies accessible to these smaller enterprises, SmartOpsMgt will be offering a complete suite of real-time operations tracking and process flow management software embedded in  IOT appliances at affordable, cost saving prices.

SmartOpsMgt is currently preparing to sell these IOT appliances on a trial basis in the New England area. If this is successful then SmartOpsMgt plans to raise $5 Million from qualified investors to fund its nationwide growth.
