About SmartOps24x7 Software Availability

The SmartOpsMgt SmartOps24x7 consists of four software platforms and some supporting software packages available to assist with the implementation of real-time industrial work-in-process materials tracking and traceability systems. These packages are:

1. BellHawk® - a barcode data collection, job, work-in-process, and materials tracking & traceability systems that provides integrated warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) capabilities.
2. MilramX™- an intelligent agent based software platform for implementing distributed information exchange and decision support systems.
3. WIPtracker™ - an integrated BellHawk + MilramX system designed for running in an IOT computer to provide reliable on-premises operations tracking and management capabilities.
4. iMTATs™ - a specialized version of SmartOPs24x7  Materials Tracking and Traceability software package for organizations that need to comply with FDA regulations.

Organizations can download these at no cost and install these on their own computers, subject to the limitation of 1 manager/staff login, 2 device logins, and 2 intelligent agent processes. Commercial licenses for additional logins are then available for $200/month each.

This is to enable:

1. Evaluation of the software, without time limitations or needing any paperwork.
2. Use of the software in an educational setting for training purposes.
3. Ongoing use, at no cost, by small organizations that need to track their jobs and inventory but can live within the 1+2+2 login limitations.
4. Use by consultants and third party systems integration organizations for testing, training and integration, as well as development of intelligent agents for their clients.

Systems Integration and Equipment Reseller partners can also purchase these add-on login licenses and resell these as an integral part of the systems they deliver to their own clients.

Please note that the software does not come with any free support beyond that provided by the extensive documentation and training videos on this site. This support can, however, be purchased from organizations which are part of SmartOpsMgt's Partner Ecosystem or provided by the enterprises own IT, Manufacturing Engineering, and Business Analysis staff.

The software can be installed on Windows Server, Windows Workstation and Windows IOT Enterprise based computers. The software works with a wide-range of barcode scanning and printing equipment and can be configured to work with a wide-range of RFID and weighing scale equipment.

SmartOps24x7 follows Open Architecture Principles so that it can be readily tailored to the needs of each enterprise and application and yet provides enough licensing revenue to pay for its on-going support.
