About SmartOps24x7 Software Availability

The SmartOps24x7 software suite consists off five software platforms and some supporting software packages to assist with the implementation of real-time industrial work-in-process materials tracking and traceability systems. These packages are:

BellHawk® - a barcode data collection, job, work-in-process, and materials tracking & traceability systems that provides integrated warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) capabilities.
MilramX™- an intelligent agent based software platform for implementing distributed information exchange and decision support systems.
WIPtracker™ - AI in a Box -contains an integrated BellHawk + MilramX system designed for running in an IOT computer to provide reliable on-premises operations tracking and management capabilities for Make-to-Order and Engineer-to Order enterprises.
iMTATs™ - a specialized version of SmartOps24x7 Materials Tracking and Traceability software package for organizations that need to comply with FDA regulations.
FoodTrackTrace™ - part of SmartOpsMgt's "AI in a Box" series. Contains a specialized version of iMTATs specifically tailored for the needs of food processors, packagers, repackagers, and distributors. Designed to run on-premise in an IOT or Windows server computer.

Organizations with the appropriate technical capabilities can request a copy the BellHawk and MilramX software at no cost and install this on their own computers, subject to the licensing limitation of 1 manager/staff login, 2 device logins, and 2 intelligent agent process logins.

This is to enable:

Evaluation of the software, without time limitations or needing any paperwork.
Use of the software in an educational setting for training purposes.
Ongoing use, at no cost, by small organizations that need to track their jobs and inventory but can live within the 1+2+2 login limitations.
Use by consultants and third party systems integration organizations for testing, training and integration, as well as development of intelligent agents for their clients.

Commercial use licenses for these are available from a SmartOps24x7 Reseller Partner.

Special products, such as the AI in a Box series, as well as add-on IOT products such as for barcode labeling and RFID tracking are only available on a commercial use basis from SmartOpsMgt's partners

These license fees go towards ongoing maintenance and improvement of the SmartOps24x7 software suite..

SmartOpsMgt Reseller partners can purchase SmartOps24x7 licenses and resell these as an integral part of the systems they deliver to their own clients.

Private label licensing is available for those organizations, such as ERP vendors, that wish to integrate SmartOps24x7 capabilities into their own product lines.

Please note that no-cost software licenses do not come with any support beyond that provided by the documentation and training videos on this site. This support can, however, be purchased from organizations which are part of SmartOps24x7's Partner Ecosystem or provided by the enterprises own IT, Manufacturing Engineering, and Business Analysis staff.

The software can be installed on Windows Server, Windows Workstation and Windows IOT Enterprise based computers. The software works with a wide-range of barcode scanning and printing equipment and can be configured to work with a wide-range of RFID and weighing scale equipment.

SmartOps24x7 follows Open Architecture Principles so that it can be readily tailored to the needs of each enterprise and application and yet provides enough licensing revenue to pay for its on-going support.
