SmartOps24x7 Software Suite

SmartOpsMgt's  SmartOps24x7 software suite provides an inexpensive set of capabilities for quickly implementing smart real-time industrial materials tracking and process-flow management systems. The primary emphasis of this software is to track and manage the flow of containers of material, serialized items, and assets through manufacturing plants, industrial warehouses, and  the industrial supply chain.

This software is a special distribution of the proven BellHawk^® and MilramX™ software which is designed for organizations such as third party systems integrators and IT departments that simply want to license, support, or resell this software, as part of their own systems and are capable of providing supporting services for their own or third party organizations.

The SmartOps24x7  software suite includes the following software:

1. BellHawk - a barcode data collection, job and materials tracking platform that provides integrated warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) capabilities.
2. MilramX - an intelligent agent based  software platform for implementing distributed information exchange, enterprise integration, and decision support systems.
3. WIPtracker™ - an integrated BellHawk + MilramX system designed for running in an IOT (internet of Things)computer to provide reliable on-premises operations tracking and process-flow management capabilities.
4. iMTATs™ - a Specialized Materials Tracking and Traceability s version of SmartOps24x7  for organizations that need to comply with FDA regulations.
5. IOT software for capturing data from RFID portals and weighing scales and for remotely printing barcode labels, These run on separate Windows IOT computers.
6. RDI - Remote Desktop Interface - for remotely exchanging data between BellHawk and a local simplified "mirror" database as well as the MDEX server version of this which is designed to run 24x7 so that the DEX database can be used for reporting as well as for interfacing with AI and Business Intelligence software Packages.

The SmartOps24x7 software suite is based on the Tau Adaptor principles and libraries and follows Open Architecture Principles.
